152 - Candycane

We got our new carpet fitted today...I'm so happy with it, it's really quite tragic. Oh well....Happy Christmas to me :)

151 - Retro

I really wanted a go!

150 - Going Up

149 - How can you miss him....

Even though I nearly did, because I was too intent on looking at the map to find him! The first stop in our whistlestop tour of the big city.

148

It's my birthday on Sunday, but we're going away for the weekend, so I've been allowed to open some cards early!

147

The most important meal of the day

146 - Browsing

Everyone loves a potter round the Birmingham Christmas Markets

145 - Communication is key....

You won't believe the problems we've had trying to switch from one broadband provider to another....well, you probably will...bit it's all sorted now, and I'm very pleased to be back on-line!

144

Inspired by a fellow 366'er, Andy Reeve (see it here)...not as good though....!

143 - a long drive home

142 - Bunting

141 - What to wear....

Rihanna tomorrow :)

140 - Reiki

I had Reiki today from a recently qualified friend....I hope the Reiki Master can bring me that Ferrari I asked for soon ;P

139

I bought myself a Cupcake kit recently, I can't wait to give some new recipes a go...

138 - Floozy

137 - feeling creative...

136

I hate it when things die, especially such pretty things as these....

135 - Autumn

134

Invitations for Harrison's party in December (Officially Doubleyou Weddings & Events first event) have been cut, tied, glued and written. The first in a list of things to do for the big day...

133 - Qube

132 - Square Eyes

When Steve's curious (and it happens a lot!) the tops of his eyes go flat...I wonder what he made of the camera!?

131 - Not again.....

Roll on my Flu Jab :(

130

Paul recently got a promotion at work (Yay!) which means he's working away a lot more than before (Boooo!). It's a rare occasion that I do his ironing...and you can see why....not very good at shirts am I :)

129 - The Coaly Tyne

This was one of the many shots I took of the Quayside, on a lovely weekend spent showing Paul around the sights of Newcastle. I can't believe it was 11 years ago I left this place....it was good to be back - and I finally took those pictures I wanted for my GSCE Art project (a little late eh?!)

128 - Fireworks

127

OK, so this could be cheating, but it is actually a photograph I took...of a photo of my Grandma's Dad. I'm going to try and touch it up a bit, so watch this space and once I've learnt how to do it (!) I might publish the 'after' shot too!

126 - The Rules

This was taken at the Photography course at Birmingham Botanical Gardens. We were on the first floor balcony trying to take some shots of fireworks, but since we were taking turns to get a clear view, I thought I would use the opportunity to follow the rule of photographers...kind of. They say always look up...well, I looked down :)

124

This is my favourite place at this time of year - Can you guess where it is? :)

123 - Haunted

Every Hallowe'en the white lady comes and....cooks for me???

122 - Midlands Vintage Chic

Today (30th October) Jill Evans Photography, Andy Reeve and I visited the Midlands Vintage Chic wedding fair, for research into my new little venture Doubleyou Weddings & Events. I fell in love with how beautiful the event was, with some exceptionally talented vendors. I am looking forward to joining them next time :)

121 - Texture

Taken in the 'Golden Hour' before sunset....I like the texture of the grass (is it weird that it makes me want to lie down on it?!)

120

119 - Come in from the Rain

118 - Rooftops

117 - No Go Area
