089 - Astonished!

I really should do more cleaning....but it's just so ruddy DULL! At least it provides me with a subject for todays photo of bottles for my photography course homework, and I can tick off the selective colour theme too -wooh hoo!

I thought I would get a bit creative, since I've never specifically used 'lighting' on a low light shot before...I'm quite pleased with my first attempt. If anyone has any tips though, I'm sure I could improve!!

087 - Bottle

I've started a photography course at the Botanical Gardens in Birmingham, and our first piece of homework is to take a picture of a bottle on manual settings. Now, if you've been following, you know I do the manual settings thing every day (thats kind of the point of the 366) but to be given a theme is quite nice. So, apologies if the next few shots bore you, but they're going to be of bottles! Any ideas you want to send over, please do!!

After long delays, we're very glad to get back from Palma airport. I think Steve's missed us quite a lot...he can't get close enough for cuddles!

I've been giving the garden a tidy this evening, mainly trying to pin back the tomato plants as they're growing fast! They don't seem to be going red though!
